Your New Role:

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager your new role will involve:

Split role between supervision of the day to day operations of the warehouse and hands on work.

Exceptional service delivery to customers both internal and external

Movement of stock between production facilities including Inventory transfers and traceability

Determining and enhancing stock management systems.

Participating in stock takes

Monitor the quality of inspection of all inbound goods and outgoing products

Providing raw materials to production each day

Championing a safety-first culture by role modelling safety leadership at all times

About you

You will have:

A minimum of three (3) years leadership experience in a warehouse environment

A current forklift license (LF) with experience operating in tight spaces

A personable disposition with an engaging leadership style

Enthusiastic leader who is results driven and grows others to achieve high performance and willing to be hands on

Immense passion for continuous improvement

Computer literacy in MS suite of products

Flexibility to work in a rotating shift structure

Strong observation skills and meticulous attention to detail

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Expertise in safe manual handling techniques and equipment
