The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a Property Litigation Lawyer with 3–7 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join a highly respected firm specialising in property, strata, and construction law. Working closely with senior practitioners, you’ll handle a diverse portfolio of disputes and play a key role in delivering practical legal solutions to clients across NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage property and strata litigation matters end-to-end

Advise on body corporate, owners corporation, and contractual disputes

Draft and review pleadings, submissions, and settlement documentation

Represent clients in mediations, tribunals, and court hearings

Collaborate with senior lawyers across related practice areas
