Physiotherapist
Permanent Full-Time role based in Speers Point
7.25-hour days, Monday to Friday | 5 weeks annual leave plus 20% annual leave loading
Competitive salary starting from $91,530 + super
As a Physiotherapist with Coal Services Health, you will protect the health of NSW Coal Workers, their families, and communities through the provision of professional services including:
Expert functional assessment for coal mine workers
Musculoskeletal treatment services via SIRA, Medicare and privately to clients in our well-equipped gyms
On site assessment and consultancy services for coal industry customers
Educational and other preventative health interventions
Case management and assessment as a workplace rehabilitation provider (SIRA)
Healthy Lifestyle programs
You will work 1:1 with customers and as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will also collaborate with your colleagues on activities and projects supporting the broader business outcomes.
Your education, knowledge and skills will include:
Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Relevant clinical experience (essential)
Driver's license (essential)
Relevant experience in an occupational health setting (desirable)
Experience in developing and presenting education and preventative health packages (desirable)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Exceptional time management
High standard report writing skills and associated level of computer literacy
Demonstrated ability and commitment to work as part of a team.
Demonstrated initiative in quality improvement activities.
What we offer:
Base salary starting from $91,530 + super + 20% leave loading
7.25-hour days, Monday to Friday
5 weeks annual leave plus 20% annual leave loading
