Role & Duties

• Assist with processing tenancy applications and lease renewals
• Provide general administrative support to senior property managers
• Liaise with tradespeople and coordinate maintenance
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants & contractors.
• Conduct property inspections when required

About You

This role is perfect for an Assistant Property Manager aiming to advance their career, eventually taking on a small portfolio of their own. • A minimum 12 months industry experience
• Property Management Registration
• Unrestricted WA drivers licence
• Initiative, drive & passion for the industry
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
