Our client is a leader in next-generation, smart composite materials and is at the forefront of innovation in the manufacturing sector. As they experience rapid expansion, they are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join their dynamic team in Canning Vale, W.A.

About the Role:
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for maintaining existing applications and contributing to the development and enhancement of
cutting-edge software solutions for our client. You will collaborate with a
high-performing team and play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in daily stand-ups and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct peer reviews to ensure high-quality code.
- Work with database technologies, particularly PostgreSQL.
- Develop and maintain applications using frameworks such as .NET, React, and Flutter.
- Create and optimise APIs for web applications.
- Engage in software development, system architecture design, and UI/UX development for both web and mobile applications.
- Guide and Mentor Junior Developers-Desired.
Experience & Qualifications:
We are looking for developers with experience in some or all of the following:
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in programming languages such as:
- .NET (C#, F#)
- TypeScript
- Dart
- Familiarity with ASP.NET for web application development.
- Experience working with React or Flutter for front-end development.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Git and the JetBrains suite.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience
- Mid-Level Developers: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing past projects will be highly regarded.
Personal Attributes:
- Curious and self-driven, with the ability to work independently when needed.
- A passion for technology and innovation.
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in working with scientific data, AI models, and human behaviour analysis.
- Well developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
