🧡 About the Role:

As a Residential Care Worker, you'll be the heartbeat of our village-delivering compassionate, person-centred care that uplifts and empowers. Your day-to-day will include:

• Supporting residents with personal care and daily living
• Assisting with meals and maintaining a clean, safe environment
• Engaging in meaningful activities that bring joy and connection
• Documenting care accurately and professionally
• Building genuine relationships that make our residents feel truly at home

🙋‍♀️ About You:

You're someone who leads with empathy and purpose. Ideally, you bring:

• A Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or similar (preferred but not essential)
• Medication endorsement (a bonus!)
• Experience in aged care or community care (desired)
• A commitment to dignity, respect, and excellence in care
