You will plan and coordinate deliveries using Acu-Tech’s fleet or subcontractors, making sure they meet customer needs and delivery targets. This role helps keep our Queensland logistics running safely, reliably, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Plan deliveries using our trucks or subcontractors to meet customer needs.

Work with sales, customers, and yard staff to make sure loads are ready and leave on time.

Check loading is done safely and quickly.

Organise customer pickups so items are ready when they arrive.

Coordinate with production to match delivery plans with pipe manufacturing schedules.

Keep everyone updated on delivery times, delays, or changes.

Follow safety rules and company policies for all transport activities.

Who You Are

Proven experience in transport scheduling or logistics coordination.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Familiarity with fleet operations and subcontractor management.

Understanding of warehouse and yard operations.

Basic knowledge of pipe and fittings products is advantageous.
