The Role

You’ll install, commission, and service residential and commercial solar PV and battery systems throughout Sydney — delivering safe, compliant, and top-quality installations.
Each job is supported by a trained helper for installs, cable runs, testing, and pack-down, allowing you to focus on technical excellence while our office team handles scheduling and paperwork.

Key Responsibilities

Install, test, and commission PV systems

Install and commission battery energy storage systems

Fault-find and repair PV/battery issues

Mentor and supervise apprentices/helpers

Complete compliance documentation and site reports

Maintain a tidy, safety-first work environment

What You’ll Need

NSW Electrical Licence

SAA Accreditation – Solar PV & Battery (required)

Working at Heights & White Card

Full Australian driver’s licence

Minimum 1 year solar PV installation experience (battery commissioning preferred)

Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and team spirit
