Change Manager – Digital Transformation - ERP Netsuite
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to lead the end-to-end change and communications strategy for a major digital transformation program — one of the most significant business initiatives in the organisation’s history. The program forms part of a broader transformation that brings a high volume and fast pace of change across all business divisions.

The Change Manager will partner closely with program leaders, senior executives, and key stakeholders to ensure that change initiatives are effectively planned, communicated, and implemented. This role is pivotal in driving successful delivery by reducing resistance, supporting behavioural change, and building long-term capability across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities Change Strategy & Delivery

  • Develop and implement a fit-for-purpose Change Management Framework for digital initiatives.
  • Design and execute change, communication, and engagement plans to build awareness, commitment, and momentum across the business.
  • Identify change impacts across roles, processes, and functions and develop strategies to minimise disruption.

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership Alignment

  • Conduct stakeholder mapping and design engagement strategies to build trust, sponsorship, and alignment.
  • Support program boards and business leaders to deliver consistent messaging throughout the change journey.
  • Facilitate leadership workshops, stakeholder check-ins, and readiness assessments.
  • Equip team leaders with the tools and confidence to lead their teams through change.

Communication & Training

  • Develop and deliver targeted communication and training materials suited to varied audiences.
  • Coordinate onboarding sessions, system walkthroughs, and “train the trainer” activities to build user confidence and capability.

Change Readiness & Risk Management

  • Conduct readiness assessments and adapt approaches based on feedback and progress.
  • Monitor employee sentiment, address resistance early, and support people through transition.
  • Develop mitigation strategies to protect productivity and business continuity.

Collaboration, Integration & UAT

  • Work with project managers to ensure change activities are integrated into project lifecycles.
  • Participate in process mapping workshops and user acceptance testing to capture business needs and validate outcomes.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track key milestones, adoption rates, and employee engagement levels.
  • Deliver progress reports to leadership, highlighting successes, emerging risks, and recommended actions.
  • Evaluate effectiveness and use insights to enhance future initiatives.

About You? You are an experienced and empathetic change professional who thrives in complex and fast-moving environments. You engage confidently at all levels and bring people along with you through communication, collaboration, and credibility.
You will bring:

  • Postgraduate qualifications or strong experience in change management and digital transformation.
  • Proven success delivering enterprise-wide change with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Capability in designing and managing large-scale communications and training programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A mindset centred on teamwork, trust, and continuous improvement.
