About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio based in Dromana. The portfolio is mostly residential, with a small portion of commercial properties. You’ll be well backed with an assistant and a friendly, collaborative team.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a residential portfolio end-to-end
• Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and routine inspections
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Liaising with your assistant and team to ensure smooth operations
• Working alongside a colleague who can assist you with the commercial properties

About you:

You’ll be a confident and capable Property Manager with solid residential experience and a passion for delivering outstanding service. You’re organised, proactive, and thrive in an environment where you can manage your portfolio independently while still being part of a close-knit team.

• Proven experience managing residential properties
• Commercial experience advantageous but not essential
• Current Agents Representative Certificate and driver’s licence required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset and professional approach
• Knowledge of software 'Property Me' advantageous
