We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team in Yennora.
As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you’ll play a key role in providing outstanding service and supporting our operations team. This is a full-time position with great opportunities for growth and professional development in a well-established, reputable plumbing and electrical company.
About the Role
Based in our brand-new office in Yennora (just a 5-minute walk from the train station), you’ll report directly to the Office Manager and support both customer service and operational administration.
You’ll help ensure our office runs smoothly and our customers receive the professional, friendly service that SilverWater Plumbing & Electrical is known for.
Key Responsibilities
Answer customer enquiries via phone and email with a friendly, professional attitude
Manage incoming and outgoing calls
Process payments and follow up on outstanding quotes
Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and liaise with various stakeholders
Communicate with plumbers on the road to ensure smooth job coordination
Prepare reports and assist with daily operational tasks
Enter data accurately and maintain records in our internal CRM system (ServiceTitan)

Required Skills and Qualities
Professional and friendly phone manner
Positive, “can-do” attitude
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fast and accurate data entry and typing skills
Highly organised with strong time management abilities
Reliable, accountable, and professional approach to work
Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
Beneficial Skills and Experience
Experience working in a trade or plumbing business
1+ years of customer service or office administration experience
Familiarity with ServiceTitan job management software (preferred but not essential)
