Work Room Assistant / Attend client sites

Adelaide Curtain Cleaners has proudly served residential and commercial clients for over 23 years, specializing in professional curtain cleaning with take down and installation services.

Position

Casual/Part Time, flexible but stable hours weekdays only.

Key duties

Help in the work room with tasks such as remove/replace hooks, steam pressing, final inspection, and packaging.

Prepare curtains for cleaning, including initial inspection, measuring and pricing to produce quotes or invoices.

Assist with on-site visits to inspect curtains, provide quotes, take down and install curtains.

Job booking, scheduling and invoicing using ServiceM8 software.

Requirements:

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a small friendly team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high standard of service.

Friendly, approachable with excellent phone manner and customer service skills.

Practical, hands-on, comfortable on a ladder and doing light physical work.

Comfortable to travel and work out and about in the community unsupervised.

Hold a full current driver's license.

Must hold or be willing to obtain a police clearance.
