We’re looking for a Senior Pastry Chef to join our BOH team at our Rosebery venue with occasional shifts at our CBD venue. This is a full-time role for someone who is passionate about pastry, thrives in a fast-paced production environment, and is motivated to continually grow their skills.

Working within a world-class pastry environment, you’ll play an integral role in producing our signature viennoiserie; upholding precision, consistency, and excellence across every stage of production.

What the role involves:

• Producing high-quality production elements that complement our viennoiserie range
• Following recipes and production schedules with precision
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
• Working as part of a cohesive team to meet daily production goals
• Contributing to a positive, collaborative kitchen culture

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a pastry production or restaurant kitchen
• Demonstrates resilience, accountability, and a positive attitude
• Is motivated, ambitious, and determined to excel in their craft
• Has full working rights in Australia and can work full-time hours
• Is available for a Tuesday-Saturday roster
