About the Role

Install ducted and reverse cycle air conditioning systems in residential homes and light commercial projects

Work independently and as part of a skilled team delivering quality-focused installations

Interact professionally with clients and take pride in representing a respected local brand

Enjoy Perth metro-based work only – no FIFO, no shutdowns, no overnight travel

A Typical Day: You’ll complete 1–3 installations per day, depending on size, using well-organised schedules, quality tools, and a team that works efficiently and supports each other. This is a role for someone who values doing it right, not just getting it done.

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements

At least 12 months’ experience in air conditioning or duct installation
(OR HVAC trade exposure ready to step up)

Construction White Card

Current Driver’s Licence

Full working rights in Australia

A strong work ethic, reliability, and good communication skills

Highly Regarded (Training Provided for the Right Person)

Certificate II or III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

National Police Clearance (within 2 years)

Ability to work independently on installations
