A large property owner are looking for an experienced Maintenance Officer / Handy Person with good computer skills and good customer services to be based on an A Grade Asset.

Your new role

As Maintenance Officer / Handy Person you will be based on a single site located right near public transport where you will be responsible for painting / patching, basic carpentry, basic plumbing, changing lamps, inducting and coordinating contractors, general reporting, tenant liaison and other related duties.

What you'll need to succeed

As Maintenance Officer / Handy Person you will have previous building maintenance experience, good customer service skills, clear criminal history and good computer skills.

What you'll get in return

The position will pay $40 - $45 + super per hour, you will be given around 30 hours per week with weekend work, where you will be paid penalty rates.
