About the role

Seeking Experienced Casual Housekeepers & Maintenance person. Housekeepers will assist in the cleaning, presentation, servicing of 20 self contained apartments and common areas of the property.

Maintenance person will be responsible for the general maintenance of guest rooms & common areas as well as garden maintenance including Lawn Mowing, weeding, general repairs, pressure cleaning, concrete cleaning, carpet cleaning & assisting housekeeping staff with cleaning & servicing guest rooms

Approximately 20-25hrs per week. Housekeeping & Maintenance hours of work are generally between the hours of 10am & 2pm with the option to work longer 5 hr shifts 9:30am-2:30pm.

Housekeepers & Maintenance person work hours are generally between 10am & 2pm daily, withe option to work longer shifts if desired providing a family friendly, healthy work life balance, although these hours may vary slightly. This is a busy well-established family-owned business with high annual occupancy year around providing consistent work hours year around.

Efficient and reliable housekeeping staff will be rewarded with increases in pay grade once proven.

Maintenance/Handyman Maintenance $35.15 p/hr Mon-Fri (Maintenance work is generally performed Mon-Fri, with occasional weekend work at penalty rates).

Skills and experience

The ideal Housekeeping & Maintenance person candidates will have a minimum of 1-2 years of housekeeping or maintenance experience in hotels, apartments, or similar accommodation facilities.

- Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia (Australian citizens, permanent residents, or valid work visas including partner and student visas with work entitlements).
