You'll need:

• Proven experience in managing customer relationships and driving sales.
• Confidence in working with builders, architects, and contractors to understand project requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Knowledge of aluminium window and door systems (AWS preferred but not essential).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documents.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proactive, customer-first mindset.
• Self-motivated, results-focused, and comfortable managing a sales pipeline from lead generation through to close.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities, with attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a supportive, team-driven culture where people enjoy what they do.
