The Opportunity

This opportunity sits within a lean and collaborative Internal Audit team, offering exposure across a broad range of business units and senior stakeholders. The role is ideal for an experienced audit professional who enjoys working closely with the business, identifying process improvements, and contributing to strategic initiatives.

The Challenge
Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, your key responsibilities will include:

• Planning, executing, and delivering end-to-end audit assignments across core business operations
• Partnering with stakeholders across finance, operations, and risk to assess processes and controls
• Preparing clear, concise audit reports that highlight practical recommendations
• Leading discussions with senior management to drive accountability and improvement
• Supporting risk reviews, governance projects, and ad-hoc investigations
• Contributing to continuous improvement of audit methodologies and reporting frameworks

The Expertise
You should consider applying if you have:

• CA, CPA or CIA qualification, with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 5+ years of external or internal audit experience within a professional services or corporate environment
• Strong understanding of risk management, control frameworks, and reporting processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail, balanced with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach
• Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
