The Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to join a thriving electronic security business experiencing strong national growth.

As part of the Solutions Engineering team, you’ll work closely with Project Managers to design and program integrated security systems across a range of commercial and infrastructure clients.

You’ll translate project specifications into complete, functioning systems by designing solutions, building cable diagrams, programming VMS and access control software, and ensuring seamless technical delivery.

It’s a role for a problem solver and technician at heart, someone who loves creating order from complexity and takes pride in delivering quality work that just works.

The Role

• Design system solutions and prepare detailed cable and configuration diagrams
• Program and integrate CCTV, access control and video management systems
• Configure and optimise security software and hardware for each project
• Collaborate with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and within scope
• Liaise with client IT teams to align configuration and network requirements
• Test, document and hand over systems to ensure full functionality and compliance

About You

You’re technically minded, detail-focused and thrive on solving problems.
You’ve built your career in electronic security and know how to design and deliver complex systems from start to finish.

You enjoy working in a team environment where your technical knowledge is valued and where you can see the direct impact of your work on major projects.

You’ll Bring:

• 2–3+ years’ minimum experience in a similar technical role in electronic security
• Background in electronic security, IT or engineering
• Hands-on experience with systems such as Milestone, Gallagher, Inner Range, Cudderbrook or similar
• Strong understanding of networking, configuration and system commissioning
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
