Quality Technician

Join our Technical Operations team as a Quality Technician, where you'll play a key role in maintaining high standards in production, despatch, and warehouse areas.

About the Role

Perform quality assurance and control checks in production, despatch, and warehouse environments

Inspect and correct production and RFID rejects, and manage quarantine processes for non-conforming goods

Conduct goods-in inspections, monitor laser and ink print quality, and maintain accurate quality records

Collaborate with team members to uphold quality standards and contribute to improvement initiatives

Ensure compliance with Environmental Health & Safety requirements and support EHS reporting, audits, and employee training

What You'll Bring

Strong knowledge of production processes and quality standards

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and strong computer skills

Good communicator with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement

Ability to work responsibly, independently, and as part of a team
