We are seeking a Laboratory Technician to join an industrial waste company in the Northern Suburbs of Brisbane!

Are you looking to kickstart your career in the waste sector? Our client, a leading industrial waste company in Northern Brisbane, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join their team in a dynamic industrial setting. This casual ongoing position offers the potential for permanency for the right candidate.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the industry, with full training provided. Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply!

About the role:

• Monday to Friday
• Approximately 40 hours per week
• Shift times range between 6am and 6pm

Selection criteria:
We are seeking candidates with the following qualities:

• A car and current driver’s license are mandatory
• Studying or recently graduated with a tertiary scientific qualification is highly desirable.
• Ability to conduct basic tests (pH, conductivity, turbidity)
• Willingness to learn and try new things
• Enthusiasm for working in an industrial environment
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
