Drive large-scale change across one of Australia’s leading financial institutions. This is a pivotal role for an experienced Program Manager who thrives on complexity, pace, and impact. You’ll lead a major transformation programs spanning technology, operations, and digital uplift — steering cross-functional teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and ensuring delivery excellence from strategy through to execution.

Must Haves:

• Proven experience leading large, complex programs (>$10m budget) within banking or financial services.
• Strong background in data delivery
• Strong stakeholder management skills across C-suite, business, and technology teams
• Deep understanding of program governance, risk, and delivery frameworks (Agile and/or Waterfall)
• Demonstrated ability to drive transformation outcomes on time and within budget
• Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, vendors, and delivery partners
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including forecasting and benefits tracking
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments with competing priorities
