The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Nominated Supervisor who is also an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to lead our team of dedicated educators. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate professional to bring leadership, innovation, and warmth to a service that truly values relationships, growth, and excellence in early childhood education.

Your Role Will Include

Overseeing the daily operations of the centre in alignment with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and regulatory requirements

Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of educators to uphold Brighter Beginnings’ philosophy and pedagogical vision

Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that supports every child’s wellbeing and holistic development

Guiding the planning and implementation of engaging, play-based, child-led programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Building strong, authentic relationships with families, staff, and the wider community

Driving continuous improvement through reflective practice, collaboration, and quality assurance processes
