Real estate maintenance and optional after hours emergency

Aircon installation & Servicing

Switchboard upgrades

Commercial and industrial fit outs

Easy days of smoke alarm and safety checks

Renovations

FIFO work.

Data and communication

Landscape works

New Builds & Residential installs

👷Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, industrial and commercial jobs

Perform inspections, fault find and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently

Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times

Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships

🧰Qualifications

Current WA Drivers License

WA Electrical License

Electrical installation and maintenance experience

Proven experience as an electrician in residential and commercial environments

Strong understanding of electrical systems and components

Ability to interpret plans, technical drawings, and schematics

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Commitment to safety and compliance with regulations

Cleanliness
