About You

You will ideally bring:

3–5+ years of Salesforce development experience

Experience within the financial services or lending industry

Strong hands-on experience with Visualforce and Apex

Salesforce Platform Developer certification

Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems (desirable)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline

Solid technical background across modern development tools and technologies

Agile mindset with experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD)

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles

Familiarity with application architectures and integration patterns

Experience developing integrations using Web Services, REST, XML, and JSON

Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proactive problem solver who takes ownership and delivers outcomes

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of a new Salesforce-integrated loan origination platform

Enhance Salesforce functionality and optimise business processes

Design, develop, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with project timelines and business needs

Build backend integrations between multiple systems using modern integration technologies

Provide technical guidance and contribute to the Salesforce roadmap

Ensure high standards of quality, performance, and delivery in an agile project environment
