Your Project Manager
Let’s call him ‘Sweeney’, needs you on-site in a pivotal role in delivering this civil (pipelines and pump stations) project safely, on time, and to specification. You’ll assist Sweeney in developing and monitoring construction programs, 3 week look-ahead to align with project requirements.
Sweeney has 20 years’ construction delivery experience, including 10+ years in water projects. Highly regarded by Sydney Water, his civil contractor, and delivery teams alike, he consistently delivers quality results and earns strong professional respect.



Status
The project hasn’t started yet and is in the Southwest of Sydney and will run for almost 2 years. It’s part of an EPCM style arrangement and yet contracts are awarded by Sydney Water and a T1 Managing Partner will police the whole thing. This means you will be working for the head contractor and your client being Sydney Water.

Previous experience is essential for this role, as it ensures familiarity with Sydney Water’s civil construction expectations, regulations, and project delivery practices, enabling efficient management, compliance, and successful project outcomes.
