About the role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Bar/Gaming Attendant to join our team at the Labrador AFL Sports Club in Labrador, Queensland. As a casual employee, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the high standards of our bar and gaming operations.

What you'll be doing

Serving customers at the bar, processing payments, and mixing drinks

Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the bar area

Assisting with the set-up and pack-up of the bar and gaming areas

Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers in the gaming area

Adhering to all relevant licensing and responsible service of alcohol regulations

Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a bar or gaming environment

Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and work well in a team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

A positive, friendly, and professional attitude

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
