The Role

As one of our Bar & Gaming Attendants, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your main responsibility will be to provide high-quality service to members and guests by managing the bar you are allocated and assisting with the gaming floor beverage service in an efficient manner. Duties include but not limited to:

Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails.

Providing food and beverage service to the gaming floor.

Clearing tables, cleaning chairs in designated areas.

Operations of TAB, Keno and or gaming machines.

Process and collect gaming machines transactions.

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in the role and part of our team you will have:

Previous experience in a similar role/environment.

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), Food Handling Certificate, Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG).

Hospitality qualifications are desirable but not essential.

Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.

Availability, flexibility and reliability with rosters.

A positive attitude and excellent attention to detail.
