About the Role

As an Early Childhood Educator, you'll be at the heart of our centre's daily operations, fostering a safe, stimulating, and fun space for children to learn and thrive. You'll play a vital role in every aspect of their day, from creative play to essential routines.

Key Responsibilities

· Program Support: Help prepare and set up engaging educational and recreational activities and materials that inspire children's curiosity and learning.

· Child Development & Guidance: Guide children's social and emotional development, supporting positive behaviour and fostering a harmonious group environment.

· Activity Facilitation: Lead and participate in a variety of activities, including storytelling, games, and creative play, to keep children entertained and engaged.

· Supervision & Safety: Provide vigilant supervision during all activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of every child.

· Routine Management: Oversee and support children through their daily routines, including mealtimes, rest periods, and transitions.

· Health & Hygiene: Promote and supervise good hygiene practices, ensuring a clean and healthy environment for all children.
