Key Responsibilities
Conduct client meetings to understand goals, risk tolerance, and financial needs.
Develop tailored strategies across Taxation, Superannuation, Insurance, and Investments.
Maintain compliant, accurate client records and meet performance KPIs.
Manage and grow an existing HNW client base while supporting new business growth.
Collaborate with referral partners and internal teams to expand the Wealth division.
Work closely with the Client Services Manager and Senior Planner to deliver seamless advice.
Contribute to team tasks and uphold education and compliance requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Financial Planning, Finance, or related field.
FASEA compliant (CFP highly regarded).
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser in Australia.
Strong knowledge of superannuation, insurance, tax, and investment products.
Skilled in financial planning software (e.g., Xplan, MYOB).
Excellent communication, relationship management, and attention to detail.
Team-oriented with integrity, professionalism, and a client-first mindset.
Current driver’s licence and unrestricted Australian work rights.
RG146 compliant or able to obtain within agreed timeframe.
Salary and Benefits
Base $100k-150k | Super | Bonus
