The Role

As a Senior Medico-legal OT with Axiom, you'll provide expert assessments and craft comprehensive reports that stand up to the highest scrutiny. Your work will directly influence outcomes in NDIS appeals, personal injury claims and family law proceedings – making you a vital voice for those navigating complex legal and healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct thorough, evidence-based assessments across diverse clinical presentations

· Prepare detailed expert witness reports that meet court and tribunal standards

· Present professional opinions confidently in court proceedings and expert conclaves

· Maintain exemplary standards within legislative and regulatory frameworks

What You'll Bring:

· Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

· 7+ years of diverse clinical experience across multiple settings and conditions

· Professional indemnity insurance

· Current National Police Check & Working with Children Check

· ABN holder status with proven business acumen
