Residential Manager

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Manager to join an established not-for-profit aged care provider based in the Northern Sydney region. In this role, you will lead the day-to-day clinical, operational and financial management of an 80-bed aged care facility.

You’ll drive financial performance by maintaining high occupancy rates, implementing effective workforce planning, and working closely with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of care.

About You:

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, ideally with experience in a Facility Manager/Director of Nursing/Residential Manager role
• Demonstrated ability to lead through change while fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a clinical and non-clinical team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to time management.
