Your new role

We are seeking an experienced Associate (2-4 years' PAE) to advise on IT, strategic procurement, and grants within a dynamic commercial technology practice. You will work alongside highly regarded partners and gain exposure to a broad range of matters, including:

• Procurement, grants, and contracting
• Software licencing and cloud services
• Cybersecurity, privacy, and data protection
• Governance for government and corporate organisations

This role offers the chance to develop as a well-rounded commercial/government lawyer while working with diverse stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• Understanding of government financial frameworks
• Experience in commercial transactions, ideally with ICT exposure
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to align advice with clients' commercial and policy objectives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Current baseline Australian Government security clearance (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in IT procurement and grant processes highly regarded
