The Position

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our Water Services team as Labourers. This is an entry-level opportunity where you will receive ongoing on-the-job training and support to develop your skills.

As a Labourer Water, you will work closely with a supportive team to assist in the safe and efficient delivery of essential water and sewerage services to the community.

About You

We are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, takes pride in their work, and enjoys being part of a vibrant and supportive team that tackles challenges with enthusiasm. The ideal candidate will be physically fit and capable of performing manual labour in tropical conditions, with a strong understanding of safe work practices in field and construction environments.

Experience in water and sewer main construction—or similar types of work—is highly regarded. You will also need sound communication, literacy, and numeracy skills, along with a current Queensland “C” Class Driver’s Licence and a General Safety Construction Induction Card.
