Duties & Responsibilities include
Plan menu based on customer preference & need
Analyse & cost recipes for menu items
Food preparation & Presentation
Skills & Job Requirements
Experience working in a similar high pace environment is desirable
Relevant tertiary qualification desirable
Sound background in menu development and costing
Ability to multi-task
Have excellent time management skills
Demonstrated ability to follow hygiene and safety procedures
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
