About the role

This part-time F&B Attendant / Barista / Bartender position at La porchetta' in Cowes, VIC offers the perfect opportunity to work within a vibrant hospitality environment. You'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving a range of beverages and light meals.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving a variety of coffee, tea, and other non-alcoholic beverages

Mixing and serving alcoholic drinks as required

Taking food and drink orders from customers

Ensuring the bar and dining areas are well-stocked and maintained

Providing exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere

Adhering to all health, safety and licensing regulations

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar hospitality role, ideally as a barista or bartender

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable manner

Sound knowledge of coffee preparation, cocktail mixing, and food and beverage service

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
