About the role

Exclusive Aluminium has been serving the WA Glazing industry for over 35 years and been the choice of builders, residential customers and architects seeking a specialist supplier. We have an immediate vacancy for an Aluminium Window & Door Fabricator to join our team in Cannington, WA. This is a full-time opportunity to play a key role in the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality aluminium windows and doors for residential and commercial customers. Whilst experienced applicants would be preferred, suitable consideration will be given to applicants from outside the glazing trade with applicable skills.

What you'll be doing

Accurately read and interpret fabrication drawings and specifications

Measure, cut, and assemble aluminium components according to quality standards

Operate power tools and machinery safely and efficiently

Perform quality checks throughout the fabrication process

Collaborate with the production team leader to meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery

Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Assist with the loading and unloading of finished products

What we're looking for

Proven experience as an aluminium window or door fabricator or suitable skill set adaptable to our specific industry

Minimum 3+ years of experience in aluminium window and door fabrication is required for this position

Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail

Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and specifications

Proficient in the use of power tools and machinery

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Commitment to maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Australian work rights are essential for this position
