About the role

Red Hot Engineering Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Aluminium Fabricator/Welder to join our team in Bunbury, WA. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding high-quality aluminium trays and canopy's to meet the needs of our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Accurately interpret engineering drawings and specifications to fabricate custom aluminium products

Perform welding tasks to the highest standard using MIG, TIG and other welding methods

Operate machinery and tools required for aluminium fabrication and welding

Ensure adherence to all relevant safety standards and procedures

Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and quality targets

Assist with the maintenance and upkeeping of the workshop and equipment

What we're looking for

Proven experience as an aluminium fabricator and welder, preferably within the trades and services industry

Strong understanding of welding techniques and processes, including MIG, TIG and other methods

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in aluminium fabrication and welding
