Here’s your chance to grow your career on one of Sydney’s most scenic and historic golf courses — Eastlake Golf Club, located just 15 minutes from the CBD. Established in the 1930s, we’re proud of our heritage, our welcoming community, and our stunning city views.

We’re looking for a Qualified Greenkeeper to join our dedicated team of 10 course maintenance professionals who take pride in presenting our 18-hole championship course in top condition year-round.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Hands-on turf management and maintenance across our championship course

· Supporting the Course Superintendent and team with daily operations

· Assisting with course preparation for major events and competitions

· Participating in rostered weekend work (paid at penalty rates)

· Contributing to continuous course improvement and presentation standards

What We’re Looking For

· Certificate III in Sports Turf Management (or equivalent qualification)

· AQF3 chemical application license (Training Provided if not accredited)

· Previous experience on a golf course or in turf management is essential

· Full Australian driver’s license

· Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

· Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

· Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude

· Understanding of golf and course presentation standards (desirable)
