Site Engineer – Eastern Suburbs Projects | $110k–$130k + Super

We’re looking for a Site Engineer to join a leading construction team working across a range of premium projects in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

If you’re a motivated engineer with at least 1 year of experience on Australian construction sites as a Site Engineer, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a highly regarded builder delivering new build construction projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting project delivery across new build construction sites
• Coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to maintain quality and progress
• Assisting in planning, procurement, and site documentation
• Managing QA, ITPs, and site reports
• Contributing to project meetings and supporting day-to-day operations

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of experience on Australian construction projects
• Background in pre-construction civil works or new build structures
• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (highly desirable)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to develop within a supportive team
