Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating fertility treatment

Providing information, education, care and support to our patients, before, during and after fertility treatment

Delivering results to patients over the phone with empathy and providing emotional support

Assisting our IVF Doctors and nurses with procedures within the clinic

Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams and liaising across departments to achieve shared goals

Ensuring accurate documentation of patient records, performing clinical data entry and managing administrative tasks relevant to the role

Your Experience & Skills:

Current AHPRA registration

Recent IVF & Women’s health experience (desirable) or a minimum of 3 years nursing experience

Ultrasound scanning competency (desirable)

Clear communication and exceptional customer service skills

Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail

Excellent team player

The ability to maintain composure and patient focus while troubleshooting and resolving issues

Proficient computer literacy skills
