Hourly Rate:
• Full-Time Educator: $28.28 – $34.83 (based on qualification and experience)
• Casual Educator: $35.35 – $43.54 (including 25% casual loading)

As a Busy Bees Educator, you will:

Support the delivery of engaging, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Build strong and respectful relationships with children, families, and your peers.

Contribute to daily routines and maintain a safe and stimulating environment.

Collaborate with Lead Educators and the Educational Leader to ensure the highest standards of care and education.

Be part of a supportive, fun, and professional team that values your ideas and individuality.

What You’ll Need

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved).

NSW Working with Children Check (Employee).

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.

A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.

Flexibility and willingness to work across different age groups and shifts (for Casual roles).
