We’re growing quickly, and now we’re on the lookout for an Operations & Growth Manager — someone who’s equal parts relationship-builder, organiser, and doer.

🚀 About the Role

This is a hybrid role combining Business Development and Operational Leadership.
You’ll be the glue that connects our external partnerships with the heart of our internal operations — driving growth, engagement, and excellence every step of the way.

In a nutshell, you’ll:

Build and maintain referral relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, LACs, and sector partners

Represent EasAbility Care at community events, expos, and industry meetups

Identify new service opportunities and emerging needs within the NDIS sector

Collaborate with our intake, marketing, and service delivery teams to streamline onboarding and operations

Track key growth metrics, report outcomes, and celebrate wins

Ensure day-to-day operational excellence — because great care starts with great coordination

🎯 You’ll Be a Great Fit If You...

Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in NDIS Business Development and/or Operations — this is essential!

Know how to connect, communicate, and collaborate — with authenticity and professionalism

Have a strong network across the NDIS and disability sector

Love solving problems, improving systems, and driving positive change

Bring a balance of strategic thinking and genuine care
