We are seeking experienced Traffic Controllers holding AWTM or WTM to lead larger and more complex works across regional WA.

This is a FIFO position, with various roster options available. You’ll be supported by a strong operations and safety team, and given the trust to run your site well.

About the Role

As the on-site lead, you will:

Implement and manage traffic guidance schemes

Lead, mentor and coordinate traffic crews

Work professionally with client supervisors and project teams

Maintain compliance, safety and documentation standards

Adapt to changing site requirements and problem-solve in real time

What You’ll Bring

AWTM or WTM accreditation (essential)

Strong experience within civil, remote or resource sector projects

Confident communication and leadership skills
