Required Qualifications/Tickets:

Main Roads Accreditation: Basic Worksite Traffic Management (BWTM)

Construction White Card/Blue Card

Current manual driver’s license

Desirable Qualifications/Tickets:

Western Power NAC Card

First Aid Certificate

What We’re Looking For: To thrive in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate:

Experience: Minimum of 6 months in Traffic Management

Driving Experience: Previous allocation as a vehicle driver is desirable

Reliability & Flexibility: A commitment to showing up and adapting to various conditions

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to take initiative on-site

Weather Toughness: Willingness to work in diverse locations and weather conditions

Safety First: Ability to pass a fitness for work screen

Positive Attitude: A “Can Do” mindset that helps keep things running smoothly

Communication Skills: Strong conflict resolution and teamwork abilities

Professional Appearance: Always well-groomed and presented
