About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Truck Driver to join our dedicated team at Reed Trucking in Cairns, QLD.

Delivering concrete in one of our concrete agitators to sites through out cairns and neighbouring regions.

Casual position to start full time hours good opportunities for the right candidate.

There is plenty of hours with early starts and late finishes on most days. And a few hours on Saturday mornings. So plenty of money to be made.

Full agitator and procedure training will be provided one on one for a min 10 days.

What you'll be doing

Safely operating heavy rigid.

Conducting pre-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and roadworthiness

3. Adhering to all traffic rules, Regulations and company policies Including random drug and Alcohol testing.

4. Taking ownership of your own truck Including cleaning.

What we're looking for

A current HR or HC driver's licence with a clean driving record

Demonstrated experience in the operation of heavy rigid.

The ability to communicate effectively with clients

The ability to pass a comprehensive medical including drug and alcohol testing.

4. A reliable candidate that will turn Up everyday, on time so we can Meet our Contractual obligations.

5. Candidates that are looking for Long term employment.

6. Current drivers history printout.

7. Construction induction white card.
