Hours per week: 28 to 30 hours per week (as negotiated with the successful applicant)
Hourly rate: $34.19 - $35.64 (pending experience and responsibilities)

Your Role
Marist College school is seeking a vibrant, efficient, and energetic person for the position of Administration Assistant (Student Reception). This is a term-time continuing position (28 to 30hpw) commencing as soon as able or as negotiated with the successful applicant.
The Administration Assistant (Student Reception) provides a warm and welcoming environment for students and completes a variety of essential administrative duties.

About you
The successful applicant will have an understanding of, and a commitment to, the ethos of Catholic education. In addition, you will have excellent time management skills, well developed interpersonal skills and a high proficiency of computer skills. Experience with a student management system, such as TASS would be advantageous.

Mandatory Requirements
- A current valid Blue Card under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 (WWC Act) and valid Suitability Notice is a requirement of the position.
