We’re expanding and looking for motivated, reliable, and hardworking team members to join our air conditioning business. Whether you’re just starting your trade journey or already a qualified technician, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

We have multiple positions available across all levels:
• Apprenticeships – perfect for school leavers or anyone keen to start a rewarding trade career.
• 1st–4th Year Apprentices – continue your training with a supportive, hands-on team.
• Qualified Technicians & Installers – step straight into well-organised jobs with great client and support.

Duct installers with knowledge of site measuring and installing on large commercial jobs.

You’ll work on a variety of high end residential and commercial projects, installations, maintenance, and service of split systems, ducted systems, and other HVAC solutions.

About You

We’re looking for people who are:
• Reliable, motivated, and take pride in their work
• Team players with great communication skills
• Eager to learn (for apprentices) or ready to lead (for qualified techs)
• Hold (or willing to obtain) a driver’s licence and White Card
• ARCtick Licence or Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (for qualified roles)
