About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of our Minor Digital Works Program, which is focused on delivering a series of small-scale digital projects that support compliance, business improvement, and evolving technology needs.

As part of the Minor Digital Works team, you will work across multiple projects at varying stages, collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholder groups to drive meaningful change and deliver impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
• Support multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Apply business analysis tools and techniques to support decision-making and project delivery.
• Communicate complex information clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.

About You

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Information Technology sector.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in gathering, documenting, and prioritising business requirements across diverse projects.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Experience working in Agile environments and participating in Agile ceremonies.
