Our client is a well-established civil contractor delivering rehabilitation, maintenance and earthworks projects across the Pilbara. With a new long-term contract underway, they're now seeking an experienced Earthworks Supervisor to lead site-based activities and drive performance across their civil crew.

About the Role

You'll oversee road maintenance and rehabilitation works, ensuring production targets, safety, and quality standards are met. The position is FIFO from Perth on an 8:6 roster, offering long-term stability within a supportive team and consistent project pipeline.

Key Details:

• Roster: 8:6 FIFO (dayshift)
• Location: FMG Solomon
• Salary: $180K + super
• Scope: Road maintenance and earthworks projects
• Employment Type: Permanent full-time

What You'll Need:

• Current S26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate (mandatory)
• Proven experience supervising civil or earthworks teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills
• Prior FIFO exposure preferred
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence and White Card
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A
• FMG Induction (or ability to complete)
• Full Australian working rights
